Athon FF 500 Gel is a very high molecular weight, partially crosslinked silicone fluid composition in cyclosiloxane used in the formulation of release agents, waxes and polishes.

Athon FF 500 Gel is used in common industrial release processes, replacing pure silicone fluids for better performance and efficiency. Before use, it is diluted with solvents to the desired concentration. Suitable solvents include: chlorinated, aliphatic (hexane, turpentine) and aromatic (xylene and toluene) solvents. Also used as a glidant in household cleaning formulations of waxes and furniture polishes.
