A&S FB 330 Antifoam is a homogeneous, low viscosity emulsion. It is effective even at very low levels, being chemically inert to the foaming medium. Excellent foam breaking as well as good residual action.
The versatility and ease of handling of A&S FB 330 Antifoam allow its use in the most varied applications. It is an excellent breaking agent of foam generated in formulations containing surfactants used in several areas where high performance in extreme temperature, pH or resistance to saline solutions is desired. Typical contents between
0.1% and 2.0% are recommended, although the ideal level should be established by practical tests. Dilution in water or foaming medium is recommended immediately prior to use.
