DESCRIPTION

Athon OH 1000 Fluid is a linear, reactive polydimethylsiloxane fluid, OH terminated (silanol).

CHARACTERISTICS

•Athon OH 1000 Fluid is a transparent, clear, odorless and colorless material
•High flash point and low freezing point
•Good dielectric properties, low surface tension
•Excellent properties of water repellency and good solubility in several solvents

APPLICATIONS

Raw material for the formulation of electrical circuit insulating materials, release agents, adhesives and paper and fabric coatings. Athon OH 1000 Fluid is a basic polymer for condensation cure RTV-2 silicone rubber compositions as well as for production of RTV-1 sealants.
